How We Work
Ideas
Our studio in Sheen has been beautifully designed to incorporate many design elements and products available in the market.
Upon visiting our showroom, we will be delighted to discuss your requirements and ideas. We can advise on every aspect of your new kitchen right from the planning stage all the way through to the final installation. We have close links with lighting and interior designers, along with suppliers of high-end Italian furniture for stools, chairs and soft furnishings, once your kitchen has been installed.

Planning
After your initial visit to our studio, we can book a design appointment.
This generally lasts for 1-2 hours, during which time we discuss all of your design ideas and the options available. It’s about us getting a really good idea of your needs and expectations from your new kitchen. It’s normal for clients to bring along any images and clippings from brochures and magazines etc to ensure we are all on the same page.
During this appointment, we will look at the space available. This is sometimes from the architect’s plans, or if the kitchen is a direct replacement, we can come out and measure up for you. There is no extra cost for this service.
Presentation
The next meeting we will have together will be to present our work to you.
We use A1-sized architectural drawings in colour, to present alongside 3d visuals presented on a widescreen display. At this stage, we will gather all the samples together for the schemes that we will present. Samples can also be ordered from all our suppliers free of charge. In addition to this, we can also arrange cookery school appointments at Gaggenau and Miele in central London. These demonstrations prove to be invaluable in selecting the correct appliances for your needs. There is a small charge for these bookings, which is refunded in full upon order.

Installation
Once you have confirmed your order with us, we organize a works schedule and organize your mechanical and electrical drawings. You may choose to use your own builder for the installation of your new kitchen, alternatively, we work very closely with a team of qualified installers who can price for the installation. This can range from a simple ‘dry fit’ whereby your own electrical and plumbing contractors prepare and connect your appliances or a full ‘wet’ install.
All of the installers we work with carry full liability insurance.
Work surfaces and splash-backs are always templated and installed by our specially selected suppliers that carry full guarantees.
